How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, follow these steps:

  • 1 Email us at support@jellypuffs.com within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • 2 Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  • 3 Attach photos or a short video clearly showing the defect or damage.
  • 4 Our team will review your request and respond within 12 hours with next steps.
  • 5 Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Defective or Malfunctioning Devices

If your device is not working properly, please try the following before submitting a claim:

Check that the device is fully charged and that there are no blockages in the airflow. If the issue persists after troubleshooting, email support@jellypuffs.com with your order number and a photo or video of the defect. We will replace or refund defective items at no additional cost to you.

💡 Defective device claims must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or your package was missing something, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at support@jellypuffs.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of what you received. We will ship the correct item to you as quickly as possible at no extra charge.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund has been approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear back on your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed on our end. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us at support@jellypuffs.com if the issue persists.

⚠️ Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error (wrong item sent, damaged in transit, etc.).
