Questions about JellyPuffs wholesale
Who can apply for a JellyPuffs wholesale account?
Licensed businesses that resell tobacco and vapor products — vape and smoke shops, convenience stores, online retailers and distributors. Every application needs a valid sales tax permit and a tobacco or e-cigarette retail license. All buyers must be 21 or older.
What documents do I need?
Upload a copy of your sales tax permit and your tobacco / e-cigarette license (PDF, JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC, up to 10 MB each). A resale certificate is optional and lets us set your account up for tax-exempt resale purchases.
How long does approval take?
Applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email with a link to create your business account as soon as you are approved.
How does wholesale pricing work?
Signed in to your business account, every eligible product shows its wholesale box price. Products are sold by the box — 1 box = 5 units — and the per-unit price is shown under each box price.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Every wholesale order needs at least 10 boxes (50 units). Mix any eligible products and flavors to reach the minimum — checkout opens once your cart holds 10 boxes.
How do I pay for wholesale orders?
Wholesale orders are paid by ACH or wire transfer. Our bank details appear after you place your order, in your order email and in your account. Orders ship once payment is received, with same-day dispatch for orders cleared before 2pm CST.
Where do you ship wholesale orders?
Wholesale orders follow the same state shipping rules as retail orders, including Texas compliance requirements. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
