Order Processing
All orders are processed within 12 hours of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
We are based in Texas and ship from our warehouse Monday through Friday. If your order is placed before our daily cutoff time, it may ship the same day.
Carriers & Tracking
We ship via UPS and USPS. Once your order is fulfilled, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
If you have not received a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please reach out to our support team at Support@JellyPuffs.com.
Discreet Packaging
We understand privacy matters. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no JellyPuffs branding visible on the outside. The sender name on the label will not indicate the contents of the package.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Some products may be restricted from shipment to certain states due to local regulations. If your order cannot be fulfilled for your location, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any secure locations on your property. Then contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to file a claim.
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and email us at Support@JellyPuffs.com within 48 hours of delivery.
